What is Taletell?

It is simply a realm of stories. You are free to listen to the stories in the realm, or even perform any of them, if you so desire.All we ask is you enjoy the tale.

What is the content? What's going on?

Excellent questions, dear visitor.Simply put, our most regular offering will be fragments of stories, shared on Youtube and Tiktok, free for anyone to perform.We will share performances of the script by our Voices. They are showcases and encouragement for anyone to perform the scripts in their own ways, but they may also serve as a guide, in case you are lost, dear visitor.In due time, we might also share our treasures in far longer, more developed scripts and tales solely for Youtube. But these will come much later.I hope you return to see them as well, dear visitor.

What's your posting schedule?

Stories—even fragments in their state—take time and care, dear visitor. They will reveal themselves when they are ready.

Can we post our performances of your scripts?
Do we need to tag them?

As long as you abide by our terms and credit us explicitly as @taletellertold, you may post them in any reputable video sharing platform, dear visitor.If you'd like us to find them, tag them with #taletold for performances.

Can we use your BGM and/or SFX for our versions?

Of course, dear visitor. They exist for that reason.However, for your safety, we advise that if you do not have a Zapslat license, please credit them accordingly.

Is Taletell a Vtuber agency?

No, dear visitor. We are not.Next question, please.

Are your scripts free to perform?
What about copyright issues?

All the stories in this realm stem from the realm alone. They are Taletell's original creations.Whether our fragments or treasures, you are free to perform the scripts as you wish. Earn from them as well, except if Voices are involved, as it is their wish to be protected.Otherwise, all stories here are shared freely, as long as you properly and explicitly credit us and abide by our terms.

Do you take requests for scripts?

On occasion.But the realm thrives most on creative passion and freedom for the love of the tales, dear visitor. We would like it to remain that way.

Do you do script commissions?

Hmmm... This is a complicated concern, dear visitor.But for now, we cannot.It isn't for lack of ability or time, but Taletell thrives best on creative passion and freedom, and less limitations on what is made.However, for rare cases, we are willing to collaborate with others on a tale all your own. Simply reach out to the realm and see if it answers back.

Do you accept voice actors who want to join?

Certainly. We always seek out Voices for our stories.But in due time, dear visitor.Do not ask to be accepted. The realm is a life of its own and only answer to the stories.For now, simply enjoy the tale. Show your version of a story, perhaps. Reach out when it is time.You never know if the realm may be watching.

Do you hire writers too?
What about script submissions?

The realm will expand with time, dear visitor.But at the moment, we will only have our Core breathing life into our stories.

Any resemblance to actual events or locales or persons, living or dead is entirely coincidental.

By using, performing and/or recording any of the scripts created by Taletell,
you (herein called the "user") agree to the following conditions:

Usage Prohibitions &
Reservation of Rights

Taletell maintains the rights and copyright over all scripts as created and/or written by all parties involved with Taletell, and the performances as acted by the voice talents commissioned by and for Taletell projects and productions.
Taletell reserves the right to change and/or update the terms and conditions of usage, reservation of rights and/or prohibition of use accordingly.
Taletell reserves the right to blacklist, refuse transactions and dealings, copyright claim, copyright strike, and/or take necessary actions to protect its works and/or voice talent in the event the works are used in violation of the terms licensed and listed, or if its works and/or talent are portrayed in misleading, falsified, accusatory and/or in bad faith.
The user(s) are prohibited from using the scripts and commissioned performances for commercial, broadcast purposes (commercials, movies, games, etc.) and/or paid advertising.
However, we separately and explicitly permit online creators to use only the script and provided audio edit for monetized content on Youtube, Twitch, Tiktok and X (formerly Twitter), provided the use is meant for derivative work of non-broadcast, online creative projects/performances and/or demo reels of voice acting capabilities.
The user(s) are prohibited from using any part of the works for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and generating derivative works using AI software and generators, and especially for use in deceptive practices, misrepresentation and/or training AI for such purposes.
The user(s) are prohibited from using the scripts, performances and/or other elements provided by Taletell for pornographic content, hate, discrimination, derogatory intent, and/or with the intent to harm or mislead.

Terms of Use

The user may use the script created by Taletell and/or performances commissioned by Taletell in their own performances, provided that credit is explicitly given to Taletell (@taletellertold) AND to the corresponding performers involved in the script. Please see the credits provided per short and/or the Voices section for proper reference.
The scripts are usable solely on streams and/or videos on Youtube, Twitch, X (formerly Twitter), Bluesky and Tiktok by online creators so long as they do not violate the terms listed on Usage Prohibitions and follow the limitations for monetized content. For uses otherwise stated, please seek permission through our social media channels or email address.
The scripts can be tweaked in tone to suit the performer and/or expanded upon with ad libs or similar minor adjustments, but they cannot be edited and/or added as a part of their own script and claiming it as their own work.
The performances as specifically acted by the voice talents and commissioned by Taletell for its productions are solely usable for personal projects, unmonetized and/or non-commercial content only out of respect to the wishes of the voice actors involved.
